Program Details
The 2010 Castleton Festival season opens with Puccini's masterpiece Il Trittico. A musical work of three one-act operas, Il tabarro, Suor Angelica, and Gianni Schicchi will be performed in its entirety as well as in individual segments throughout the Festival. Lorin Maazel conducts his first performance of a Puccini opera in North America, in a new imaginative production by Resident Stage Director, William Kerley.
