Ticket Policy

Box Office Hours

You can purchase your tickets online or by phone. A Box Office representative is available to assist you by phone from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Wednesday through Friday. On performance days, the Box Office opens two hours before curtain, for picking up tickets from Will Call and purchasing tickets in person. Outside of these hours, please feel free to leave a voicemail, which will be answered during normal business hours.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Patrons unable to attend performances may have their purchases converted into a tax-deductible donation to the Castleton Festival (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization). In the very rare event that a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, patrons will be contacted regarding how to proceed.

Severe Weather

In the event of severe weather, updates and performance status are noted on the homepage: www.CastletonFestival.org.

Lost Tickets

If you’ve misplaced your ticket or are unable to print at home, simply contact the Box Office and arrange to have the tickets printed and held at Will Call free of charge.

Reservations and Holds

If you’d like to reserve an order to be paid for at a later time, please call the Box Office. All reservations require credit card information on file. The reservation must be confirmed within 72 hours of being place, or it will be cancelled.

Latecomers

Patrons who arrive after the doors close, and those who must exit during a performance, will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Age of Ticket-Holders

All audience members require a ticket, except for INFANTS held on laps by an adult. Please carefully consider the length of the performances and the subject matter before bring your infant or child. All patrons are expected to be respectful of the other patrons. For events with a specific child ticket offer, the child must be under 12 years old (unless otherwise noted).

Standing Room

The Castleton Festival is unable to offer standing room tickets. In the event of a sold-out performance, a waiting list will be created and any released tickets will be offered to the first person on the waiting list. Please know that inclusion on the waiting list does not guarantee that tickets will become available.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Throughout the season, promotional discounts and offers may be issued for select performances. All promotional discounts and offers are based upon availability and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Promotional discounts and offers cannot be applied to previously-purchased tickets. Discount codes are only applicable to specific promotions. Please feel free to ask a representative if you are eligible for promotions at the time of your order.

The Castleton Festival does not offer AAA or senior discounts.

ADA Seating and Accommodation

Accessible seating for those with mobility disabilities can be purchased by calling the Box Office. Patrons with mobility disabilities and their companions are encouraged to make their purchase in advance as tickets are subject to availability.

Parking for persons with valid disability license plates or placards is available in our VIP Parking Lot on a performance-by-performance basis. Spaces are subject to availability.

The Castleton Festival is happy to provide assistance to those guests who request wheelchair assistance to their seats. Upon arrival, please ask a Festival representative for assistance.

The only animals permitted in the theatres are service animals. Please inform the Castleton Festival Box Office prior to your arrival if such accommodations are required.

Marketing Release

All patrons in public areas of the theatre are subject to appear in photographs or video taken for print, television, or film purposes, and grant the Festival the right to those images.
